Optic atrophy
Optic atrophy is a term used to refer to degeneration of the optic nerve of the eye.
Symptoms of optic atrophy generally include some loss
of vision - central or peripheral, depending on the underlying condition and the specific causes of optic atrophy in that case.
There may also be adverse effects on colour perception.
