Poikiloderma is a condition in which skin begins to waste away (atrophy) and becomes pigmented.

Poikilodremema is also defined as a combination of atrophy, hypo- and hyper-pigmented, and telangiectasis. The result is the skin having a mottled discoloured appearance.

Poikiloderma is included in this section because it is a type of skin lesion.
