
Adductor Longus
The adductor longus is a muscle located in the inside upper-thigh.
It is easy to work out the function of the adductor longus because an adductor is any muscle that moves one part of the body towards another, or towards the mid-line of the body. The adductor longus, one of which is located in each leg, moves the leg towards the mid-line of the body.
